THE BEST GRILLED LEMON


   INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1-1/2 tsp black pepper, or to taste
  • 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic, and pepper. Pour over chicken and refrigerate for several hours, up to overnight.
  2. Prepare grill. Remove chicken from marinade and grill 12 to 15 minutes, until no longer pink and has an internal temperature of 165ºF.
